- <p> How is BONNIE RAITT going to sing about hard luck and
- heartbreak now that she's so happy? "You're never without the
- memories of being brokenhearted," says Raitt, who paid her dues
- with 20 years of road gigging and fast living before recently
- settling into a major groove: she copped three Grammys for her
- last album, Nick of Time, and capped off a fairy-tale year by
- marrying actor Michael O'Keefe in April. Now she has a new
- album, Luck of the Draw, and a world tour. But success hasn't
- spoiled the suddenly fashionable songstress. "I've learned to
- accept what you had to go through in the past to get where you
- are right now."
